Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian reacted to the naval blockade and military pressures, stating that this approach is unsustainable.

In his statement, Masoud Pezeshkian said that Iran has so far pursued a policy of “moderation and reconciliation.”

Pezeshkian argued that practices carried out under the name of a naval blockade are an extension of military operations against his country, adding that such steps create pressure on Iran, which he said has paid a price for its policies of independence and resistance.

The Iranian president stressed that the continuation of this approach is unacceptable.
