Portugal expresses solidarity with Estonia following sabotage attack
Lisbon, September 29 (Hibya) - Portugal’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said it stands in solidarity with Estonia following confirmation that Russia was responsible for the sabotage acts carried out in Tallinn on August 14-15.
Portugal’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a message of support for Estonia following confirmation that the Russian Federation was responsible for the sabotage acts carried out in Tallinn on August 14-15.
The ministry said in a statement, “In light of the confirmation that the Russian Federation was responsible for the sabotage acts of August 14-15 in Tallinn, Portugal reaffirms its full solidarity with Estonia.”
The statement said the unity and determination of allies were the best response to destabilization attempts, adding, “Portugal continues to stand by their side, firm and unwavering in its support for Ukraine.”
