Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said work was continuing to repair damage following Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities and settlements.

Zelensky said, “Work to address the consequences of Russian attacks in our cities and communities continues almost without interruption. These are terrorists who target life, our people and entirely civilian areas day and night.”

Zelensky said the depot at Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi railway station, data centers, business centers and homes were damaged in Kyiv, while an educational institution, a dormitory and two foreign vessels were affected by attacks in the Odesa region.

Zelensky said the Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Zhytomyr, Volyn and Rivne regions were also subjected to Russian attacks overnight, with energy facilities, substations, civilian businesses and homes damaged.

Reporting that some attacks, including those involving ballistic missiles, were successfully intercepted during the night, Zelensky thanked countries providing air defense support. Zelensky said, “I am grateful to our American and Norwegian partners for the NASAMS system and the missile package provided for it. I also thank France and Germany for the air defense support package provided in recent days, especially for the missiles.”

Zelensky said Russian attacks were escalating on a daily basis, adding, “It is important that the protection of life receives continuous support and that such packages continue to arrive.”
