Qatar attends GCC–Jordan–Russia ministerial meeting
Doha, March 30 (Hibya) – A Qatari delegation participated in the ministerial meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jordan, and Russia.
The State of Qatar participated in the joint virtual ministerial meeting of the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Russian Federation.
The Qatari delegation was headed by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov also attended the meeting.
Discussions focused on the impact of Iran’s aggression against GCC countries and Jordan, as well as broader and potentially long-term developments in the region.
