Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Qatar rejected Iran's claims seeking to justify its attacks on the country's territory.

According to a statement by Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar's Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN), Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani, sent two identical letters to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and France's Permanent Representative to the UN, Jerome Bonnafont, who currently holds the rotating presidency of the UN Security Council.

The letters, sent in response to a communication from Iran's acting chargé d'affaires at the UN, stated that the Iranian attacks that began on February 28, 2026, constitute a clear violation of the UN Charter and international law.
