Spanish Foreign Minister Albares issues condolence message for writer Llosa
Madrid, April 14 (Hibya) – Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation, Jose Manuel Albares, issued a message of condolence following the death of Peruvian writer and Nobel Literature Prize laureate Mario Vargas Llosa, who passed away at the age of 89.
