Starmer: I promised to make parents' lives easier
London, April 22 (Hibya) – UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer said the Labour Party had pledged to make parents' lives easier and put more money in their pockets through free breakfast clubs.
Starmer said, as a parent, he knows how impossible it often is to juggle family life and work at the same time.
He noted that the Labour Party’s free breakfast clubs are beginning to expand nationwide, helping ease the pressure on parents and supporting family budgets.
School mornings are becoming easier for families across the country. Today, breakfast clubs are opening in 750 schools, offering 30 minutes of free childcare, a healthy start for children, and some breathing space for parents before the school bell rings.
