Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha held a conversation with Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlic Radman.

Providing information on the consequences of the latest Russian attack on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure and on the emergency situation regarding electricity, heating, and water in Ukraine, Sybiha noted that Russia deliberately uses harsh weather conditions in its actions.

Sybiha stated that Ukraine’s urgent needs and the stabilization of the energy and humanitarian situation were discussed, adding: “I thanked Georgia and Croatia for their continued support.”

Sybiha also noted that agreement was reached with Radman on maintaining the closest diplomatic contacts, both at the bilateral level—especially at the highest level—and at the multilateral level, including within the Ukraine–Southeast Europe format.
