Trump: I have all the time in the world, but Iran does not
Washington, April 23 (Hibya) - U.S. President Donald Trump emphasized that pressure on the Tehran administration regarding ongoing military operations will continue to increase.
U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Iran’s military capacity has been largely destroyed and that time is working against Tehran.
Responding to criticism and the situation on the ground, Trump said, “To those who read the failing New York Times or watch CNN spreading fake news and think I am ‘concerned’ about ending the war with Iran, I want to say that I am the person under the least pressure in this position. I have all the time in the world, but Iran does not.”
Referring to Iran’s military losses and the current blockade, Trump stated, “The Iranian Navy is at the bottom of the sea, the Air Force has been destroyed, anti-aircraft and radar systems are gone, their leaders are no longer with us, the blockade is tight and strong, and things will only get worse — time is not on their side!”
Outlining the conditions for a possible negotiation process, Trump said, “A deal will only be made when it is appropriate and beneficial for the United States, our allies, and in fact the rest of the world.”
