Washington, October 19 (Hibya) - US President Donald Trump proposed changing the name of the state of New Mexico to "New America." Trump claimed that the name change would bring prestige to the state and increase property values and incomes.
US President Donald Trump argued in a social media post that the state of New Mexico should be renamed "New America."
"We are not Mexico, we are the United States of America," Trump said, claiming that the name change would add value and prestige to the state while increasing property values and incomes.
In his post, Trump also reiterated his allegation that elections in New Mexico were rigged, suggesting that elections could become fair again following the name change.
