US President Donald Trump spoke about the leadership style of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

Praising Orban’s struggle for his own people, Trump said, “The respected Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban, has a proven track record of delivering extraordinary results and is a truly strong and effective leader. Just as I did for the United States of America, he tirelessly fights for his great country and its people and loves them.”

Trump added, “Viktor works very hard to protect Hungary, grow the economy, create jobs, promote trade, stop illegal immigration, and ensure law and order!”

Referring to bilateral relations, Trump stated, “Relations between Hungary and the United States, largely thanks to Prime Minister Orban, reached new heights of cooperation and tremendous success under my administration. I look forward to continuing to work closely with him so that both countries can go even further along this path of great success and cooperation.”

Openly declaring his support for Orban’s re-election, President Trump concluded, “I was proud to support Viktor for his re-election in 2022, and I am honored to do so again. Viktor Orban is a true friend, a fighter, and a winner, and he deserves my full and complete support to be re-elected as Prime Minister of Hungary.”
