Tallinn, October 20 (Hibya) - Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna congratulated Dan Neculaescu on his appointment as Romania's Foreign Minister.

In a statement shared on his social media account, Tsahkna said he looked forward to working closely with Neculaescu to strengthen relations between Estonia and Romania, reinforce security on NATO's eastern flank and continue supporting Ukraine.
Tsahkna also thanked former Foreign Minister Oana Țoiu for their close cooperation and joint efforts to strengthen European security, expressing his appreciation for having worked with her.
