During his meeting with Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore Lawrence Wong, Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov conveyed the greetings and best wishes of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that Uzbekistan and Singapore share common goals in the fields of economic development, effective public administration, innovation, and investment in human capital.

Saidov stated that Singapore’s development model and its experience in building state institutions are in line with the comprehensive reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan, adding that the parties exchanged views on expanding practical cooperation in education, digital transformation, finance, innovation, and modern governance.

Saidov noted that they believe the discussions will create a solid foundation for strengthening and enriching relations between the two countries with new content and that the contacts will contribute to bilateral cooperation.
