Wong: We are advancing the implementation of the Nakamal Agreement between Australia and Vanuatu
Canberra, October 16 (Hibya) - Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong announced that she met with Vanuatu Deputy Prime Minister Johnny Koanapo in Canberra and held the inaugural meeting of the Nakamal Committee to advance the implementation of the Nakamal Agreement.
Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong hosted Vanuatu Deputy Prime Minister Johnny Koanapo in the capital, Canberra, this week. As part of the meeting, the inaugural session of the Nakamal Committee was held to advance efforts to implement the Nakamal Agreement.
In her statement, Wong said the meeting aimed to accelerate the practical implementation of the agreement.
