Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Russians are seeking to exploit the cold weather to strike as many energy facilities as possible. He noted that the Oreshnik missile was once again used this time against the Lviv region, and that the target was again particularly close to the borders of the European Union.
Zelensky also said, “From the standpoint of the use of medium-range ballistic missiles, this poses the same challenge for Warsaw, Bucharest, Budapest, and many other capitals.”
