Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Chief of the General Staff Mykhailo Drapatyi briefed the meeting on developments, particularly in the Sloviansk, Kostiantynivka and Zaporizhzhia directions.

Zelensky said Ukrainian forces continue to repel Russian attacks and eliminate Russian troops. "I am grateful to all our units for eliminating the Russian occupiers and repelling their attacks," he said.

He also noted that the implementation of the long-range pressure plan against Russia was discussed during the meeting. "Implementation is progressing steadily enough, and the objectives are being achieved," he added.

Zelensky said the attacks on Odesa and surrounding areas, the condition of port infrastructure, and the maritime corridor were reviewed in detail. Ukrainian Navy Commander Oleksii Neizhpapa, Head of Ukraine's Defense Intelligence Oleh Ivashchenko, and government officials presented reports.

He said he expects the government to present a concrete list of measures next week to diversify export routes and thanked neighboring countries for their willingness to expand cross-border cooperation with Ukraine.

Zelensky warned that possible increases in food prices could lead to social instability in the Middle East and North Africa. "Every crisis in regions neighboring Europe triggers new migration waves," he said.

He also said intelligence reports indicate that Russia is planning new attacks against Ukraine and Ukrainian vessels. "We are preparing countermeasures," Zelensky stated.
