Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement regarding Pavlo Palisa’s report on strengthening front-line positions and the army.

Zelensky said: “I have received Pavlo Palisa’s report on the decisions that need to be taken to strengthen our front-line positions and our army.”

Referring to the progress achieved, Zelensky stated: “Over the past year, good results were achieved in equipping brigades and corps. In particular, a program providing direct financial support to combat units was launched, which facilitated supply and the delivery of materials to the front line.”

Emphasizing that the capacity of the Ukrainian army will be increased, Zelensky said: “We continue to strengthen our units on the front line. In addition to further strengthening our combat units, we will comprehensively confront the enemy, including by enhancing the capacity of our unmanned aerial vehicles.”
