11 people killed in factory fire in South Korea
Seoul, March 21 (Hibya) - A fire at an automotive parts manufacturing facility in Daejeon, South Korea, left 11 people dead and 69 injured.
According to CCTV, a fire that broke out at an automotive parts manufacturing plant in Daejeon, South Korea, killed 11 people, injured 69 others, and left three people missing.
The fire started at 13:17 local time on Friday while approximately 170 workers were inside the facility.
According to authorities, the first victim was found on the second floor in cardiac arrest and was later confirmed dead. It was stated that nine people were found on the third floor.
Fire crews are continuing search operations for the missing persons after securing the structure.
