Emphasizing that Russia continues its terror strategy by launching two ballistic missiles at the city of Sumy, Albares said: "Another brutal massacre of civilians in Ukraine. We stand in solidarity with the victims, the Ukrainian people, and their government; our effort is for a just and lasting peace."
