Araghchi held a phone call with Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Herath
Tehran, March 14 (Hibya) - Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi held a phone call with Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi held a phone conversation with Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath.
During the call, the latest situation resulting from the military attack by the United States and the Israeli regime against Iran was discussed in detail.
Araghchi expressed his gratitude to the Sri Lankan government for assisting in the rescue of the crew members of the Dena corvette who were martyred during the U.S. attack on the ship on March 4, and for helping transfer the bodies of 84 of these martyrs to their homeland.
