Cooper met with her Pakistani counterpart Dar
London, April 19 (Hibya) – UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper met with Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar to discuss extending the ceasefire and reopening maritime routes in the Strait of Hormuz.
UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper held a meeting with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
Emphasizing the importance of the meeting, Cooper stated that extending the ceasefire and fully reopening maritime trade routes through the Strait of Hormuz were discussed.
Cooper also thanked Pakistan for its role in facilitating diplomatic negotiations.
