German Chancellor Merz issues Eid al-Fitr message
Berlin, March 20 (Hibya) - German Chancellor Friedrich Merz published a message on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, congratulating the end of the fasting month and conveying wishes of solidarity and well-being, especially to Muslim communities facing difficult conditions.
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz released a congratulatory message marking the completion of Ramadan and the beginning of Eid.
Emphasizing the unifying power of the holiday, Merz said, "A celebration of joy and togetherness: Today, the fasting period of Ramadan ends with Eid al-Fitr."
Merz added, "I wish all Muslims, especially those who have to celebrate this year under difficult conditions or with चिंता, a blessed time with their friends and families."
