Washington, August 12 (Hibya) - U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth thanked Panamanian President José Mulino for hosting the PANAMAX 2026 exercise, saying the partnership should be strengthened to secure the Panama Canal and curb cartel activity in the region.
