Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu shared a message criticizing remarks made by members of the Religious Zionism movement about Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers.

In a post on his social media account, Netanyahu said he "categorically" rejected the remarks.

Emphasizing that IDF soldiers come from religious, secular and ultra-Orthodox communities, Netanyahu said they leave their homes, jobs and families and risk their lives to defend Israel and its citizens, adding: "They deserve deep appreciation, gratitude and the full support of every sector of society, including, of course, the world of Torah."
