Orban: We Mourn the Passing of Saint Pope Francis
Budapest, April 21 (Hibya) – Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban released a condolence message following the death of Pope Francis.
It was announced this morning that Pope Francis, the spiritual leader of Catholics and the Head of the Vatican State, has passed away.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban shared a message of condolence.
In his message, Orban stated: "We mourn the passing of Saint Pope Francis. He was a shepherd who led with courage and unwavering faith. We had the honor of welcoming him twice in Hungary. His prayer to the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Patroness of Hungary, still echoes in our ears: 'Plant the desire to build peace in the hearts of the leaders of peoples and nations.' We will carry on his legacy. May his soul rest in eternal peace."
