Qatar participated in the Euro-Mediterranean and Balkans Foreign Ministers meeting
Doha, May 7 (Hibya) - The State of Qatar, represented by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, addressed food security and access to fertilizers during the Euro-Mediterranean, Arab and Balkans Foreign Ministers meeting.
The State of Qatar participated in the video conference meeting of the foreign ministers of the EU Mediterranean countries (MED9), the League of Arab States and the Western Balkan countries.
Qatar was represented at the meeting by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi.
Discussions focused on strengthening food security and facilitating access to fertilizers, which play an important role in agricultural production.
During the meeting, the importance of increasing regional cooperation and strengthening coordination among countries was emphasized.
It was also stated that Qatar continues its active participation in multilateral diplomacy and international cooperation processes.
