Qatari Prime Minister Al Thani attends Iran-focused meeting in Riyadh
Riyadh, March 19 (Hibya) - Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani attended the Consultative Meeting of Foreign Ministers of Arab and Islamic countries held in Riyadh.

The meeting was attended by foreign ministers and representatives from Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Pakistan, Türkiye, Syria, Kuwait, Lebanon, and Egypt.
During the meeting, Iran’s missile and drone attacks were discussed, and these attacks were strongly condemned as violations of sovereignty and international law.
At the meeting, Iran was held responsible for the losses incurred, and a call was made for the immediate and unconditional cessation of the attacks.
The dangers of support for militia groups and activities destabilizing security were highlighted, and it was stated that Iran should review its policies.
It was also emphasized that Iran’s continued violation of good neighborly principles and state sovereignty would lead to serious consequences.
