Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar met with Rwandan Foreign Minister Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe and discussed bilateral relations and global issues.

Providing information about the content of the meeting, Saar said, "On behalf of the Government and people of Israel, I expressed my solidarity with Rwanda during the week marking the 32nd anniversary of the genocide against the Tutsi people. We discussed the situation in our region and in theirs."
