Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha spoke today at the OSCE Permanent Council Reinforced Meeting. He said that Russia’s war has led to a deepening crisis within the OSCE, citing budget problems over the past five years, slow and ineffective decision-making processes, and the absence of the Troika this year as examples.

Sybiha stated that this situation stems from Moscow’s obstructive attitude.

He emphasized that the OSCE must play a role in peace efforts and in shaping the future security architecture and post-war order. The minister said that rather than adopting a “business as usual” approach with Russia, the OSCE should serve as a platform for constant pressure and accountability.

Stating that they do not see Russia as a stakeholder, Sybiha said: “Russia is an aggressor state. Their actions are not an alternative opinion; they constitute a crime.” The minister added that this understanding is fundamental for the future development of the OSCE.
