US Central Command chief Cooper visited Israel
Tel Aviv, March 31 (Hibya) – It was reported that US Central Command (CENTCOM) Commander Admiral Brad Cooper visited Israel on March 29-30.
According to a statement from US Central Command, Cooper met with Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir during the visit.
The meeting addressed progress in ongoing operations aimed at eliminating Iran’s ability to project influence beyond its borders. The parties also reaffirmed the strength of the US-Israel defense partnership and emphasized the importance of maintaining coordination.
Before leaving the region, Cooper also visited US troops serving at different locations as part of Operation “Epic Fury.” During the visit, more than 40 soldiers were awarded medals for their performance in the first weeks of the operation.
