Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared details of the diplomatic contacts carried out in the United States.

Zelensky announced that the Ukrainian delegation met with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, emphasizing that these meetings are critically important for global peace.

Zelensky said, “This is important for the whole world: diplomacy continues and we are working to end Russia’s war against Ukraine. No one wants this war,” adding that negotiations will continue with determination.

Referring particularly to tensions in the Middle East, Zelensky stated, “The key issue is to understand how ready Russia is to genuinely, honestly, and honorably end the war, especially at a time when geopolitical tensions are increasing, including around Iran.”
