Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten addressed budget policy, the tax plan and new support for Ukraine during his weekly press conference.

Jetten stated that the government aims to ensure citizens have sufficient financial resources while taking measures to maintain sound public finances during budget negotiations.

Emphasizing that they want to make important decisions together with the opposition whenever possible, Jetten said: "There are important decisions that directly affect the Dutch people. We want to make these decisions together with the opposition as much as possible."

Jetten noted that the talks were progressing positively, adding that they were holding serious negotiations with political parties and were willing to reach a compromise.
