Tajani: The only strong power we recognize is the will of the people
Rome, May 13 (Hibya) - Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani stated that Forza Italia is the center of the center-right and said they would not engage in any political cooperation with left-wing parties.
Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani stated that the Forza Italia party is the alternative to the left and holds a central position within the center-right founded by Berlusconi.
Tajani said they had no intention of making either secret or open agreements with left-wing parties, stating, “As far as we are concerned, there are no powerful forces that can influence our choices. The only strong power we recognize is the will of the people.”
In his statement, Tajani also touched on the issue of political compatibility, criticizing M5S and Giuseppe Conte while emphasizing that Forza Italia follows a consistent line.
