Zelensky: Timeline for trilateral talks should be clarified at US meeting
Kyiv, March 20 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that the date for trilateral negotiations with Russia should be clarified during the upcoming meeting in the United States.
Ukrainian President Zelensky stated that all issues will be addressed during the bilateral meeting in the US.
Referring to the trilateral talks, Zelensky said: “We want clear or at least approximate dates for the meeting with the Russian side. Everyone understands that the war in the Middle East affects this timeline, but more clarity is still needed.”
Highlighting coordination with the US, Zelensky said: “Easing sanctions on Russia’s energy sector poses risks and increases its capacity on the battlefield. Work is ongoing on documents related to ending the war, security guarantees, and the reconstruction process.”
Zelensky also noted that within the framework of the PURL initiative, the supply of missiles for Patriot systems, the continuation of this program, bilateral relations, and the Drone Agreement will also be discussed.
