Zakharova: We are determined to further strengthen Russia-South Africa ties
Moscow, September 1 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova issued a message on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Treaty of Friendship and Partnership between Russia and South Africa.
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova highlighted the anniversary of the strategic partnership agreement between the two countries and expressed their determination to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation with South Africa.
Commenting on the anniversary of the agreement and South Africa’s position, Zakharova said, "September 5 marks the 20th anniversary of the Treaty of Friendship and Partnership between Russia and South Africa. Today, South Africa is one of Russia’s key partners on the African continent."
Zakharova concluded her remarks on relations between the two countries by saying, "We are determined to further strengthen Russia-South Africa ties."
